Welcome to RumLab. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the RumLab desktop application and website, provided by VIGOMEDIA ("we", "us", "RumLab"). Please read them carefully. By creating an account or using RumLab, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using RumLab, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of the service

RumLab is a desktop application for Windows that helps creators produce subtitled videos in batches — generating automatic subtitles, adding footage, effects, music, and rendering finished videos. Using RumLab requires an account. Each account activates on one PC. RumLab is licensed per purchased package — use requires an active paid license (6-month or 12-month).

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. One account is intended for one person and one machine. If you need RumLab on additional PCs, purchase an additional license per machine — each extra PC gets 5% off.

4. Your content and license to use it

RumLab is a creative tool, and the videos you make are yours.

• You own your output. The videos you create with RumLab belong to you, and you are free to use them for personal or commercial purposes.
• You are responsible for your inputs. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any footage, images, audio, music, and fonts you supply to the app, and for making sure your finished videos comply with applicable laws and platform rules.

5. Acceptable use

To keep RumLab safe and fair for everyone, you agree not to:

• Use RumLab to create illegal, infringing, harmful, or abusive content.
• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, copy, or reverse-engineer the RumLab application itself.
• Share, transfer, or resell your account, or allow others to use your license.
• Attempt to bypass activation, subscription checks, or other technical protections.

6. Internet connection and subscription verification

RumLab requires an internet connection to verify that your account and subscription are active. If your subscription lapses or cannot be verified, access to the app may be limited until it is renewed.

7. Subscriptions and payment

RumLab is sold as a time-limited license package (6-month or 12-month). Details on payment, activation, and refunds are set out in our Payment & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Disclaimer

RumLab is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we work hard to keep the service reliable and useful, we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. Results depend in part on the inputs you provide.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VIGOMEDIA and RumLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or content, arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for it in the period giving rise to the claim.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time as the service evolves. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of RumLab after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, the home jurisdiction of VIGOMEDIA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable local law.
