We want you to feel confident about your purchase. This policy explains how our license packages work, how activation and renewal are handled, and how we help you make sure RumLab fits your workflow before you buy. RumLab is a product of VIGOMEDIA.

License packages

RumLab is sold as a time-limited license — buy to use. Choose the package that suits you best:

• 6 months — 2.200.000₫.
• 12 months — 4.100.000₫, the best value.

One account activates on one PC. Need more machines? Buy an additional license per PC — each extra PC gets 5% off.

Try before you buy

Want to be sure before paying? Ask our support team for a demo — we'll show you the effects, batch mode and subtitle languages on a real project, and answer any questions. That way, by the time you buy, you already know exactly what you're getting and that it fits your workflow.

Refunds

Because a license is activated to your account on purchase and gives you full access immediately, paid packages and renewals are non-refundable.

We know that sounds firm, so here's the thinking behind it: we'd rather you feel sure before you pay than uncertain after. That's why we're happy to give you a demo and answer everything up front — so you buy with confidence, not risk.

When your license ends

Nothing to cancel: a package simply runs out at the end of its term. There's no auto-charge and no penalty. Your access continues normally until the end of the package you've paid for, and your saved settings and Channels stay intact in case you come back.

How renewal works

Renewals are handled personally — just contact our support team when you'd like to extend or buy another package, and we'll take care of it for you.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Payment & Refund Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
